Carl Nielsen Statue (Carl Nielsen-statuen) is a bronze sculpture of the Danish composer Carl Nielsen, located at the intersection of Grønningen and Store Kongesgade near Kastellet in Copenhagen. It was created by sculptor Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen, his widow, and unveiled in 1939.
The statue depicts the composer seated on a horse, holding a pan flute, symbolising his importance to Danish music and culture. The monument celebrates his life’s work, including symphonies and chamber music, and serves as an important memorial to one of Denmark’s most significant composers.

As the statue is placed on a small green area between the two streets, it is best viewed from one of the sidewalks. Visitors can choose either Nyboder’s recognizable yellow buildings as a backdrop or the green park area near Kastellet.
