Storkespringvandet (The Stork Fountain) is a fountain and monument located on Strøget at Amagertorv in central Copenhagen.
It was erected as a gift to Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Louise on the occasion of their silver wedding anniversary in 1894, following a competition organised by the Association for the Beautification of the Capital. The fountain features three bronze storks set on a stone base with water basins and was created by sculptor Vilhelm Bissen based on a sketch by Edvard Petersen. The fountain has become one of Copenhagen’s most well-known pieces of public art from the late 19th century.

It is almost impossible to pass through the busy Strøget without noticing Storkespringvandet. For a calmer experience with fewer people around, it is best visited early in the morning before the shops open.
