H.C. Ørsted Statue (Statuen af H.C. Ørsted) stands in Ørstedsparken in Copenhagen as a tribute to the physicist and chemist who discovered electromagnetism. The sculpture was created by Jens Adolf Jerichau and unveiled in 1876.

Ørsted is depicted standing with a scientific gesture, emphasising his contribution to science. Below him sit the three Nordic Norns – Urd, Verdande and Skuld. The monument is located in Ørstedsparken, named after H.C. Ørsted and his brother A.S. Ørsted, and represents both Denmark’s scientific heritage and the 19th century’s fascination with natural science.
