Amaliehaven Fountain (Springvandet i Amaliehaven) is a central water feature within Amaliehaven, a park located along Copenhagen’s waterfront between Amalienborg Palace and the harbor.
Amaliehaven was established in 1983 as a gift from the A.P. Møller Foundations and was designed by landscape architect Jean Delogne. The fountain consists of a circular basin with multiple water jets, creating a decorative and tranquil element within the park’s formal garden design. It forms an integral part of Amaliehaven’s classical garden style and serves as a visual focal point in the recreational urban space along the waterfront.
