Axelborg was built in the 1920s and is located centrally on Vesterbrogade near H.C. Andersens Boulevard.

The building was originally constructed as the headquarters of Landmandsbanken and is known for its classical architecture with granite façades and a very eye-catching tower with a green dome on top.
