Churchillparken is a public park in Copenhagen, located between Kastellet, a 17th-century fortress, and Esplanaden.

The park was established in 1965 to honor Winston Churchill and the British assistance during Denmark’s liberation in World War II. Within the park are St. Albans Church, the Anglican church in Copenhagen, and the Museum of Danish Resistance, which tells the story of the Danish resistance during the occupation. There are also several war memorials, including a bust of Churchill and a statue of a valkyrie, designed by Stephan Sinding. The park is open year-round and is used by both locals and tourists for peaceful walks and experiences of the area’s history. Parking, walking paths, and benches make the area suitable for both short and longer visits.
